At Pranyuva, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Due to the consumable nature of wellness and nutritional products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

Customers must report damaged, defective, incorrect, or tampered products within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
• Clear images of the damaged or incorrect product must be shared

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
• The product is damaged
• The wrong item is delivered
• The package appears tampered

Our team will review the issue and assist you with a suitable resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used consumable products
• Personal care or wellness products once opened
• Sale items
• Gift cards

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.
