WHY PRANYUVA

Real ingredients. Formulated by a nutritionist. Built for how India actually eats.

Choosing a supplement in India is genuinely hard — and not because there's too little information. It's because there's too much of the wrong kind. Bold promises on the front of the pack, an impressive-sounding list of ingredients, and no real way to tell whether any of it means anything.

We didn't start Pranyuva to add another voice to that noise. We started it because we kept meeting the same problem from the other side of the table.

This started in a clinic, not a boardroom

Pranyuva was formulated by Dr. Princy Shah, a practising nutritionist who spends her days with real clients — people trying to lose weight, fix their energy, get their digestion in order, and stick to a plan in the middle of an ordinary Indian life. Not study subjects. Not an ideal customer profile. Actual people, with actual kitchens.

Which means the formulas were shaped by a very specific question: what do people actually need help with, once you strip away the marketing? Not what looks impressive on a label. What works, and what people will genuinely keep taking.

That's an unusual starting point in this category. Most supplements are designed to sell, and then justified afterwards. Ours were designed to be used.

Built for the Indian plate — not a translated Western one

A great many supplements sold in India were designed elsewhere, for diets that look nothing like ours. They target gaps that a Western diet creates, and quietly miss the ones ours does.

The Indian diet has its own, well-documented shortfalls — and they're specific. Vitamin B12, which a vegetarian plate genuinely struggles to provide. Vitamin D, in a country with no shortage of sun but plenty of indoor lives. Iron and folate, especially among women, and especially once our long, loving cooking has had its way with the leafy greens that carry them.

Those are the gaps our formulas are actually pointed at. Same goes for our ingredients: kokum, gymnema (gurmar), moringa, amla, tulsi — these aren't exotic borrowings. They're India's own, chosen because they belong here and because they work.

Real, named ingredients. No mystery blends.

Here is the single most common trick in the supplement aisle, and it's entirely legal: the proprietary blend.

A brand lists an impressive parade of ingredients grouped under one "blend," with a single total weight beside it. It looks generous. What it actually does is make it impossible for you to know how much of the star ingredient is really in there — which means a token pinch, added purely so it can be named on the front of the pack, looks exactly the same as a meaningful amount.

We don't use proprietary blends. Every ingredient in a Pranyuva sachet is named individually, so you can see exactly what's inside, look it up, and judge it for yourself. Where we use branded, clinically studied actives — KSM-66, Sunfiber®, Gymnema — we name those too, because the specific ingredient is the whole point.

We'd rather you check than take our word for it.

Genuinely clean — and honest about what that means

Every Pranyuva product is 100% vegan, gluten-free, and free of added sugar — sweetened with stevia, never sugar. No artificial colours. Manufactured in India, in FSSAI-compliant facilities.

What we won't tell you is that a supplement is a shortcut. It isn't. Nothing in a sachet outperforms sleep, movement, and a plate with real vegetables on it. Our products exist to support those habits on the days life makes them hard — which, if we're honest, is most days.

Two products. Two jobs. No upselling.

We make two things, and we make them for different people with different problems. You very likely need one of them, not both.

What we're actually promising

Ingredients you can name. No proprietary blends hiding what's inside.

Formulated by a practising nutritionist — for what works, not for the front of the pack.

Built for Indian dietary gaps — B12, D, iron, folate — not a Western formula in a new box.

Clean by default. Vegan, gluten-free, no added sugar, stevia-sweetened, made in India.

Honest limits. These are daily nutritional supplements. They support good habits; they don't replace them, and they aren't medicine.

Questions, answered

Pranyuva's formulas are developed by Dr. Princy Shah, a practising nutritionist who works with clients daily — so the products are shaped by what people genuinely need and will keep taking, rather than by what markets well.

Three things: every ingredient is named individually rather than hidden inside a proprietary blend; the formulas are built around the gaps in an Indian diet rather than a Western one; and they're formulated by a practising nutritionist. All products are vegan, gluten-free and sweetened with stevia, never sugar.

Pranyuva products are made in India in FSSAI-compliant facilities. They are daily nutritional supplements, not medicines. If you are pregnant, nursing, on medication, or managing a condition such as diabetes, check with your doctor before starting.

Most people need one, not both. ActiveGreens+ covers everyday greens, vitamins, probiotics and energy. CraveControl is for sugar cravings and weight management. Pick the one that matches what you're after — and if you're unsure, ask us.
